Pregnant again?

So I found out last week I was pregnant again! My girl will be 11 months on the 29 th  big surprise as we weren’t ttc but delighted all the same! I had an abdominal and vaginal ultrasound last week I would have only been 4 weeks but the tech couldn’t find any sac.. so I had my hcg levels checked I went from 146 Friday to only 173 Wednesday and am so stressed and worried now I’m going to lose this baby. I’ve been spotting for 5 or 6 days. What’s worse is my drs office is awful not calling me back or keeping an eye on me at all I have to phone constantly for updates and am made feel like a burden 🙄Any one go through something similar and have a positive outcome?

Here in the UK we dont get our levels checked, we only have two scans - one at 12 weeks and one at 20 weeks. With this pregnancy I was having serve cramps and i was spotting. Everything has turned out fine! Baby is healthy and I had a cyst on my left ovary. My eldest sister actually bled from start to finish with one of her pregnancies.
I know bleeding whilst pregnant is the scariest thing and we automatically think the worst, so I just wanted to tell you from my personal experience that it doesnt always mean the worst is about to happen. Obviously I cant predict what will happen for you, but my fingers are crossed and I'm sending luck your way 💕
