I had that too... still have a discolored spot two years later from
It! Go see your ob.... mine wasn’t mastitis,but I did have an Infection and needed antibiotics.

Maybe some small broken blood vessels from scratching. I had that too didn't hurt or anything and went away after a day 🤷🏼‍♀️
