Wound Infected???

Ok so I’ve had this scab for about a week now and it has this yellowish undertone to it. I’ve asked my family about it and they say that it’s fine but i don’t know, I’ve never really had a scab that looks quite like this one. Any feedback is helpful💚💚💚

It’s the start of an infection. Put peroxide on it multiple times a day and then follow with some triple antibiotic and a band aid during the day. Maybe let it air out at night.

Don't use peroxide, it actually dries the skin. If you can find an aid with silver in it, use that. The silver helps pull out the infection if there is one and helps heal it quicker. Leave it on and covered overnight the first use, and monitor the second day, you will want to let it dry out too after. My husband is certified in wound care! Silvasorb if you can get it, but if not something with silver in it!
