Thrush and open system pump

Pretty sure my daughter has thrush. Her tounge is white coated and patchy. Looks different then the normal milk tounge I have noticed in the past.

I am currently putting a little bit of raw coconut oil on her tounge and putting coconut oil on breast pads for me. She has a doctors appoint early next week so I am going to have the doctor take a look then since she does not seem in discomfort and I read coconut oil is a natural home remedy for it .

Anyways. I have an open system medela in style pump. How did you completely clean an open system pump when you suspect you may have thrush?
