can i get an STD :/

please read my circumstances before giving an answer

1) we are both each others first, never been prior sexually active ever so no chance of other STD and STI like gonerhhea and Chlamydia

2) he and i both have all 3 hpv vaccines

3) his parents do not have hiv or any herpes. my mom as hsv 1 but i do not

4) we have done oral and thats abt it

our blood tests and urine tests came negative the last time we did it. i did mine over a year ago. only had anemia
