It could be infected or you could be allergic to whatever bit you. I'd go to a walk in clinic or see the dr. If you have cortisone cream I'd start using that

You have cellulitis. It's common after getting a bite and scratching it, especially when you have applied some sort of topical relief. 
You can try benadryl but you'll likely need antibiotics.
