Irregular periods

I have a very irregular cycle, anywhere between 20 and 50 days, averaging around 37 days. I'm currently on cycle day 32, I had a positive test for ovulation on day 24 so I'm only 8 dpo but the wait is killing me. This is our first month ttc again, we have a 4 year old daughter and it only took one month of not using protection with her but I didn't find out I was pregnant until 9 weeks. This time I'm so anxious and excited so I'm testing every day and I never realized how irregular my period was until now.
