Question for those who have someone else taking care of your child.

My daughter started going to her care takers house on Monday. She is the only infant. Some other toddlers come and go. It seems as though she is doing a great job. However she told me she wanted to feed like crazy and kept conking out taking very long naps today. With that .. I call usually a few minutes before I’m going to get her so she could be packed up and put in her car seat. When I took her home today her diaper was very wet and the side of her too and behind her was wet from spit up. I’m thinking maybe she was sleeping when I called? Should I say something? See if it happens again? Are your babies perfectly clean when you pick them up?
