My husband is really gas lighting me, I’m trying not to fight with him because I know i know I’m not crazy. He makes me feel like I am. I am starting to wonder if he does it on purpose or he is unaware ? Part of me believes he has to know, he literally changes history to fit his arguments and make me out to be a crazy woman.

Girl, I am in the same boat! I just don’t know what to do. He thinks he does no wrong and is so focused on every little thing I do. It’s a roller coaster. I know I’m not crazy but I sure feel like it sometimes. I’m always walking on eggshells with him. Like when is enough enough? I don’t know if I should or how to get out. I feel like I’ve invested so much time and energy into this marriage, it’s so hard to throw it all out the window. Like is it really me and I’m just to blind to see? I don’t know what to think anymore. Like I really try to be perfect and do the best I can. It really doesn’t seem like he knows he’s gaslighting me, but then again I know he has to know. It’s worse on days when he has a rough day at work or he’s feeling bad about himself. It’s so obvious on those days that he’s taking it out on me. It’s like it makes him feel better about himself to control me or something. I don’t know!
