Thrush?

It just started... 
My let down felt more like my nippie was spraying fire! When I pumped after baby was done eating it felt stingy off and on nothing constant.  
If I is thrush what doctor do I call? OB or pediatrician?

It you had thrush it would for sure show symptoms in baby right like in the mouth?

Check baby’s mouth. If you see white spots on cheeks then it’s thrush. I knew I had it because after I was done nursing by noon would just throb. I recommend gentian violet. Rub it in baby’s mouth morning and night along with putting it on your nipples after every feed for three days. You can get it behind the counter at Walmart.

Call your OB. My ped gave my daughter medicine and I rubbed some on my nipples and if it wasn’t enough she called OB
