Not ovulating and negative pregnancy test! With pregnancy symptoms...

Like I mentioned before late 13 days was suppose to have period around the 3rd! Had sex on the 8th so it’s been 10 days(18th)... and I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms!! Only have a meet and greet with a new doctor so I can’t ask for blood test! Ive taken like 10 pregnancy tests! All negative... Don’t know what else this could be?? The ovulation box says A dark line and then a faint line is no LH surge so I’m not ovulating...
