Reoccurring UTI

Every time I have intercourse I seem to get a UTI. I keep my hygiene up and always pee after sex, it just always reoccurs. The only thing that stops it are prescribed antibiotics. None of the over the counter stuff works. I’m following all of the steps like drinking water and cranberry juice. I haven’t tried the cranberry capsules, if anyone has had luck with those let me know. I’m just at a loss and paying for antibiotics all the time is annoying.
