Can an opk test positive 2 days apart?

Hi ladies. I did clomid las cycle and the cycle before that. This cycle we took a break from meds in preparation for iui next cycle. I am still tracking ovulation as I don’t want to miss any opportunities. Friday my test lit up like a Christmas tree (cervix was a little firm, watery, low and open about halfway), the next day opk was much lighter, then Sunday it lit up again (cervix was the same). Monday my was super soft, low, but creamy consistency. My question is, which is the actual ovulation day?
