I can't function I'm sick I'm nauseous I am fatigued but I can sleep. I'm hungry I eat I get sick I don't eat I get sick. Pretty sure gestational diabetes is kicked in my head hurts i can stop cry or being angry I have no clue how I am supposed to work tomorrow idk If I can]
