Confused...

So I had a miscarriage in May Nd bleed like 2 weeks Nd then conceived 2 weeks after the miscarriage wen I was ovulating Nd ended up having a chemical July 3 Nd I took tests until I finally got a negative Nd been tracking my ovulation Nd I got a peak one day but had sex days befo I got my peak Nd I check my ovulation now and it’s bak to low and I took a test and I saw a vvvfl is it a possibility that I could be pregnant again ? Should I wait until next week to test or what
