I went to the doctor with no prior knowledge on what preeclampsia was. Although my feet swelled throughout most of my pregnancy, I am now towards the end of my 3rd trimester and my hands began swelling. Because there was no sign of high blood pressure and protein in urine I was cleared for Preeclampsia. Ever since then my hands become so swollen at night that by the time I wake up my hands are literally stuck and cannot move them. I’ll have to wait a couple minutes before I can grab anything with my hands and to top it off my hands hurt so bad. I feel that that the situation has gotten worst because now my hands are feeling “stuck”.

Has anyone been diagnosed with preeclampsia? If so, have you had this experience and also have had no signs of high blood pressure to go along with it?

I’m beginning to get concerned but doctors cleared me for this 😥😔
