Chance of induction

Since the beginning of my pregnancy my bp has been a little on the high side, they never got alerted until Wednesday that they saw a little protein in my urine. I got sent to the hospital so now I’m doing the 24hr urine test. I have to drop it off today & I’m so scared of the results. The fact that I have an anxiety disorder makes it worse. Ever since I got sent to the hospital I feel my panic attack in my throat (it closes up which makes me gag) I’ve been having such a hard time even eating. I feel so afraid I literally wanna crawl under a rock... something about induction scares me so much.. currently 37w4d. Any tips or advice will be appreciated.
