i’ve been away...
so i haven’t been tracking for a couple months, i deleted all my pregnancy tracking apps, i stopped watching youtube videos, i stopped worrying & caring so much, i was being so heartbroken every month when i seen that negative..😕 so now it’s been about 4 months sense we’ve been “actively trying.” we both think it’s time to start trying again, we just don’t want to be let down for another year..😕 it’s been a couple months, so we’re going to do some more research & see if we can find anything different to do. so i’m looking for any pointers or any advice on what we should try?
back story: we are both young, we have been trying for a baby for almost a year. we both have been seen & we are perfectly healthy (doctors say). we have tried preseed, essential oils, positions that are said to help, prenatals, men’s vitamins, we’ve also even used a mentrual cup. i’ve tracked my ovulation & felt that i was on time every month... were honestly just looking for something, so we know there’s still hope..
