Who do I talk to about getting help with PP depression?

I recently moved after having my baby and so my OBGYN I’d been seeing is no longer nearby. I have my first appointment with a new OBGYN on aug 2nd (soonest appt they had) but they know nothing of my recent pregnancy.

Would the new doctor still be able to help me with my PP depression?

I’m pretty sure I have PPD because I’m getting so angry so easily and crying a lot and having trouble bonding with my baby sometimes. I don’t want to hurt anyone.. I need help.
