Planned parenthood for Pap smear?

I’ve been having issues down there recently I got tested for UTI and pregnancy and yeast infection they were all negative.

My doctor wants to have me to a pap for BV(bacterial vaginosis) I’ve never had a pap before and I’m freaking out! But I’m not sure where to go should I wait 2 weeks and go to my health department for $50(I’ll probably be on my period by then) or does planned parenthood offer cheap Pap smears? We don’t have a lot of money at the moment and have other bills to pay off.
