4 mo sleep regression?

Just curious what everyone else’s babies are like. I thought mine was going through the 4 month sleep regression as we had a couple bad nights in a row but then last night slept like a dream. Is it the sleep regression?

That’s how it started with my son, but it’s more nights then not, last night we saw ever hour, the night before every two hours occasionally he only wakes up once/twice but that’s RARE. He also fights naps super hard and refuses to sleep anywhere but my arms. I am exhausted and frustrated, he started this around 3.5 months... not exactly sure how long it’s been going on but at MINIMUM a month. Send help

I wish I had an answer but my LO had a couple bad nights last week, waking once at 3am, 4am or 5am. But we were away at our cottage for the week so I chalked it up to that because when we got home he's been sleeping fine again at night. HOWEVER, no exaggeration, he has not taken a nap in 2 weeks. Okay, he had ONE nap last week which was about an hour at most. But nothing since then. Just a overly tired, fussy baby over here who cries nonstop because he fights day sleep. 
I don't know if the regression effects naps, but if it does, it's happening to my son and it's exhausting.
Don't want to complain because he sleeps well at night but boy oh boy it is tiring when you have no break at all during the day.
