When do close friends come to visit your new baby?

Or what do you generally do when your friends have a new baby?

My friends (only have 2 of them) came the same day my family did, day I came from hospital. Everyone brought food so I was happy lol. That was January for my first baby. Next one is due November & they can come whenever they like lol

Baby is being born during flu season. Everyone will be welcome after flu season is over OR if they can prove they've gotten their flu shot.

My really close friends came to the hospital to see us. Everyone washed hands before holding her and all were aware not to come if they were sick

Our closest friends visited in the hospital or shortly after we got home from the hospital. We consider them just as close as family so they are treated as such.

I had and am having a January baby so it’s family only for a while and we’ll see after flu season.
