Miscarriage in March- ovulation test

Hey y’all!! I’m new to this app!! I just had a question! I had a miscarriage in March, and went on the birth control pill my SO and I decided we wanted to try again so this is the first month I’m off of the pill. I went and got some ovulation test, and thought I would be ovulating around Saturday. Well I took the test on Wednesday and got a smiley face meaning I was at my peak, I’m kinda like ehhhh about it since it was the first test I took but maybe I caught it right on time. My SO and I have had sex the 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th! Has anyone else had this happen to them and got pregnant??
