I called out on my last day of work, I think everyone could tell that I was exhausted..I start my maternity leave on Monday 7/22 with his due date being 7/23..I had my 39 +2 week appointment yesterday, I was checked and only 1cm dilated, which I know can change or stay the same..My midwife brought some confidence in me saying that I will be having this baby either this weekend or next week..but most importantly she said I needed to stop stressing about labor starting and to relax. So I stopped working and I booked a pre-natal massage today and going to have a girls day with best friend tomorrow! 🙌🏻 what are some good ways to relax? 🥰
