HCG text results

Just got a call from my doctor. 13DPO and my HCG levels were 137. Obviously that’s pregnant.. but is that an okay number? The nurse said I’m likely between 2-3 weeks pregnant. Does that mean actual baby’s gestation? Cause i ovulated 2 weeks ago and LMP was 4 weeks ago...
