Sex after IUD

So my period just ended. I got my IUD in on July 17th at 1:00p

(I feel like the time is important 😂) my gyno said no sex for 2 days, & usually the second my period ends I get horny as FUUUUUUUUK. It’s also been a really long time since me & my man has sex. Is it safe to do it tonight? & if I do, what should I expect? I know minor bleeding could possibly occur as well as cramping. I wanted to also see if he can feel it when we have sex cuz I mean.,, not to brag or anything... but he’s pretty big 😂 so I have a feeling there may be some complications some where. But yeah when would be a good time / safe time we could do it? I’m really tryna smash (sorry not sorry)
