Please help .

So i accidentally used body wash tht has perfume in it down there & it itched really bad for about a week i constantly soaked in the bath tub everyday after work & it went away but now tht I’m using dove it was okaay but it starts to itch out of no where , what can i do to fix this I’m scared .
