GERD?

Has anyone been diagnosed with GERD? What did you take to treat it? I believe I have it. I need help it’s been 2 weeks

If you’re pregnant, you likely have indigestion in relation. 
I have GERD and nothing truly fixes it. I had to do scopes and scans. My acid flows backwards entirely and I belch from it at a constant. 
Tried many medications. Still nothing.

I had it while pregnant and I had to take Zanfac 150 twice a day. I had to stay on top of it but nothing truly fixed it. That just helped the acid but I still had bad indigestion.

I was prescribed omeprazole for it. It really helped. But I had to stop when I got pregnant. And I think there are new risks associated with it now so doctors are shying away from it.

I was diagnosed about 10 years before pregnancy and pregnancy has just made it awful! There are different things you can take if you are pregnant versus not pregnant. During pregnancy I have tried Zantac and tums. I try not to take this every day. But it is safe. I just don’t take the tums within an hour of my prenatal vitamins.

If you only have the symptoms while pregnant, it's likely just normal pregnancy symptoms. However, they truly do suck either way. I would try zantac, I still get a little reflux while taking it but the heartburn is gone for about 24 hours each time I take some.
