Need help
So I am 9 weeks 4 days PP and I am trying to naturally birth control. So first any advice and help on that. Next thing I am exclusively breastfeeding, have not yet received a cycle and trying to track how I’m ovulating but don’t know how. Not trying to conceive again, it’s too soon for me. Any help and advice is welcome and much needed lol! Thanks guys.
