Baby throwing up?

My baby was spitting up a little bit while we were out of the house and it’s been like 2 hrs later and I just get him ready for bed and he started throwing up clearish liquid. I did give him carrots earlier for lunch that I defrosted the night before and then put in the fridge to use today. And a bottle right after. He did eat a good amount of carrots so idk if I over fed him and it just messed up his tummy? He’s acting normal and was smiling before he started throwing up. Any advice would be nice.
