Ectopic abominal pain or normal cramping?

I took a pregnancy test today after my period has been three days late, the test showed positive and looks as though I am about 5 weeks pregnant. I have had all the symptoms of sore tender breasts, frequent urination and mild cramping over the past week, but the cramping seems to have evolved into a dull pain in my lower left abdomen as of today. Ive been doing all kinds of google searching and it sounds like this could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy....am i just sphyching myself out or should I be rushing to a dr? I cant find anywhere if ectopic would mean more sharp shooting pains, dull consistent achey? I am supposed to be on an international flight for work starting in 10 days and will be gone for two weeks, should I be worried?
