Colic Issues
My 10 day old is having trapped wind and sometimes strains to poop. Her butthole had gotten irritated which I'm treating with olive/coco oil, but stool is good. Mostly when I nurse she gulps way too fast and has frequent hiccups.
The midwife has told me to eat pretty much everything. Any tips on diet to help my little one go easy on gas?
