Miscarriage ?

I went to the Express Care yesterday bc my OBGYN cannot get me in until Tuesday. I was having some cramps, bleeding, clotting. The ultrasound showed my 5w6d baby alive with a 117 heart rate. Doc said it was likely a ruptured blood vessel. Today it’s worse. Should I go back today?

I'm going to be the oddball I guess. I wouldn't go back. Even if you are possibly going to miscarry, there's nothing they can do for you, and likely it will take time before any change can show on ultrasound. And this amount of bleeding doesn't suggest your own health is at risk. I would personally wait it out a couple of days, put yourself on bedrest and watch it. Then go back in a few days for another scan to see if there's been any changes. If you're having a lot of pain or bleed enough to suggest possible hemmoraging, then absolutely go right away.
