Missed an important day!
I am suppose to start today and I forgot to check my bbt this morning! I have done it every day for 17 days consistently and I miss today! 😡 I’ve done research on the triphasic bbt and was hoping to see a shift in temp. Oh well tomorrow’s another day.
Also I have not tested... I always wait until I’m 3 days late.
