Painful baby movements 😭

So I know it’s widely inaccurate but my fundal height is measuring 4 weeks ahead. I’m 32 weeks and every time my baby moves it’s really painful, she moves into my ribs, out of my sides, on my bladder, on my pelvic bone. Every time I stand my belly feels tight, I can’t even pick up my toddler anymore its getting really bad and making me feel so tired and worn out, i have a constant headache. I can’t even play with my toddler anymore. I have a growth scan at 37 weeks so I have no idea if she’s bigger than average. What can I do?
