Poop colors?

I know that baby poops can range all over the place, but my baby’s is a constant dark color. Looks almost black, but when I squish it, it’s green on the inside. We’ve had some constipation issues, so i try to make sure she eats a lot of greens.

Give baby water in a sippy cup or a cup with a straw that helps my daughter get frequent stools when she drinks a lot of water since starting solids

Some greens, like spinach, contain a lot of iron. Iron can cause constipation AND dark/black stool. So, you might want to try other foods to help the constipation, such as watermelon or prune juice. Hope this helps! 😀
