Period late with copper iud while breastfeeding

Okay so let me start by saying this is my second month with the IUD and I already got it checked by my OB the first month and she said it looked well , I can also feel the strings , I have to mention I’m still breastfeeding but I did have bleeding a day after insertion and then again 10 days later for 5 days which was more than my regular period of 3 on the same month so I was expecting to have a period again but hasn’t happened , I have been having cramps nothing out of the ordinary , I have a 3 month old and I’m scared of being pregnant again can anyone tell me if this is normal ??? it’s the first time I use this method
