Best alternative milk for 1 year old
I can’t seem to get my 1 year old to drink much cow’s milk so I was thinking of trying an alternative but don’t know which one is best for her nutritionally. I don’t think she gets all that she needs just from her food so I want her on some milk too. What kind do you recommend that has enough fat and calcium and other things she needs?
