Maybe I am reaching here...

But has anyone ever gotten a fever right after conception?? I ovulated 2 days ago, according to opks, and last night I had this super random fever with terrible chills. I took my temp and it was 101.4. I popped some ibuprofen and I was fine when I woke up and have been perfectly fine all day!!

Its probably a stretch but I was just wondering if it could be the sign of good things to come...??? 🤷🏼‍♀️
