Bleeding?? Help me!

So has anyone had bleeding early on in pregnancy? How long did it last?? I’ve had some bleeding off and on for several days. Had slight cramping about 3 days prior of the bleeding. It started 6 days early for my period. Started very very light. Almost not noticeable. Then nothing. Gotten heavier and then lighter and then nothing again?? Off and on for days?? No cramping really. My mind is exhausted of thinking of the possibilities and I think I’m going crazy. Could it be implantation? Is my period just early? (Even tho I’ve never had a early period) why would it be early?? Could I still be pregnant maybe?? Ughhh
