is it okay for me to leave a tampon in overnight? i feel like a tampon will be more comfortable while i’m sleeping. I’ve only worn a tampon once or twice and it wasn’t for long.

Yes, just put it in right before bed, and remove it when you wake up in the morning. If you wake up in the middle of the night and it has that full feeling, I’d change it. Honestly, I have to tug on mine a little to know. If they’re full, they will start to come out easily. If it’s not, it’ll almost feel like it pulling your vaginal canal. Almost uncomfortable when that happens. But overnight I wouldn’t think you’d wake up that way.
