Two of my close friends have been dating for about a year, recently he cheated by talking to another girl on Snapchat. She got over it and he was told to delete his Snapchat account. He told everyone he did, and fast forward to today, I saw he watched my story, but I wasn’t friends with him on it. Should I tell her? Or should I keep it to myself for the sake of the friendship? I would want someone to tell me, but she got over it the first time, I’m scared she will be mad at me instead of him!

Maybe go about by asking her if she uses his Snapchat or something. Take a screenshot JUST in case she asks to see. you never know, you could be mistaking his account or it could be her

This is sort of something I can relate to your friend about. While my SO didn’t cheat, I was not okay with girls messaging him (regardless of intent) on Snapchat. It’s weird unless it was family or close friends and he doesn’t have close girl friends. I found it especially odd that one girl in particular would comment on EVERY video or picture he posted, she would just have to say something. It did some damage for us but we moved passed it. Anyways we mutually agreed (his idea actually) to get off social media because it’s a waste of time and caused petty problems for us. I would want to know if he went back on behind my back 100%. Please do this girl a favor and tell her, even if you casually want to mention “oh you guys are back on Snapchat?” Then tell her.
