Uplifting content suggestions
Hi ladies,
I am about 27 weeks pregnant and having a lot of prenatal depression like symptoms. I am dealing with a few personal challenges at the moment as well and I find myself crying constantly. I do work full-time and have a lovely supportive husband. Yet, I just feel so overwhelmed. I was wondering would any of you suggest something uplifting for me to read or watch? Or some kind of a daily routine to help me keep positive?
