I’ll be 10 week next week

My next dr appt is 8/7... I can’t help but to be scared all the time. I’ve read on here missed carriages .. and my heart hurts for all those ladies and can’t help but wonder if that’s happening to me too. I’m not bleeding and still feel tired but reall that’s all 😞
