help please!!

hi everyone, so my period came 4 days early and was lighter than usual. typically my period lasts 6-7 days with at least 1 or 2 days of heavy bleeding and unbearable cramps. this time, my cramps were not as bad and my blood was still red the first 2 days, i had a few clots (ik tmi) but after like the first 2 days it’s just been brown. i’m on the 5th day now and it’s back to red again, but still light. is this normal?? my partner and i use the pullout method and he’s very good at timing it. however i’ve also been extremely sexually active.. any insight would be very helpful! thanks!
