Anyone eles get this?

So last night while dropping off to sleep i had the worst palpitations they eventually wore off and i managed to get to sleep but in the middle of the night i kept getting woken up by this dizzy sensations where the room was spinning..
Today I’ve now got the worst head ache, boiling hot hands and feet and still very dizzy? Have any one else experienced this? Im 35+4 x

I would call your OB if it doesnt subside in the next few hours

I’d get it checked out. That doesn’t sound normal

UPDATE: managed to get some sleep without dizziness, had a luke warm bath to relax, checked bp all normal (113/66) head ache still there but bearable, maby just one of those (couple) days!
