Full of excuses
My friend texted me at 10pm last night to go to the 8am crossfit class at our gym. The WOD looked miserable (gym posts it the night before) and I wasnt into it. I woke up this morning with crazy menstrual cramps, had slept like shit, had headache, it was already 75 degrees at 7am, I'm still recovering from an ankle injury and it's super sore today.
But I went. I scaled the workout and I gave it 100%. I'm so glad I went. Fight those excuses ladies and just do it. If I can do it, YOU can do it.
Dont stop when you're tired, stop when you're done!
