OMFG I’m baffled

I’m at hospital and they said my level is 100 I got a positive test Thur !

But since it’s only 100 and they can’t see anything I must be miscarriaging! IM NOT EVEN BLEEDING AND HAVE 100hcg !!! How do you assume I’m miscarriaging because you can see anything ? They said there’s fragments but no gestational sac , WOULD YOU SEE A SAC AT 2 weeks 3 weeks ?? Doubt it !
