Pool Period!
Im going to the pool with a girlfriend tonight from 7:30 to 10. I just started my period today and I’m nervous I’m going to bleed onto my swimsuit. Its a light yellow with flowers on it so it would be very obvious if I had a stain. How many times should I change my tampon? Im not bleeding extremely heavy but it is of course the first day so its a little heavy.
