I don’t see much of a difference.
I’m almost nine months post partum. My before pregnancy weight was 103 (had an eating disorder). Then after pregnancy 175. And now 145 lbs. I only started exercising a week ago. My diet has been the same for several months- vegetarian, I eat a lot of veggies and soy. The exercise is Mainly just 100 sit-ups at night and on the exercise bike for 30 min to an hour. I feel stronger but I don’t think I look any different.
Any tips that don’t involve me going back into old habits? I got a nine month old to keep up with so I need all the energy I can get lol.
